Artifact 1: Design Challenge

 

In IED you and a partner had to choose a design challenge to build in the computer software, Inventor. The choices included a McDonald Toy, Coffee shop table, Goblet display case, speaker support, or wooden mechanical Ark. My partner and I chose the Mcdonald toy, where we had to build a toy based on the movie 'Rolie Olie Polie; The great Defender of Fun'. We built the main character, Olie and the ship since they were main parts in the movie. My partner and I had trouble becuase the time limit did not allow us to be able to turn the project in. Along with the toy, we had to also create a  powerpoint on our research and the IDW, and pictures of the toy. The issues with the time limit taught me how to deal with time management, and setting a timeline to finish the project in time.
