Artifact 1: French Family Research

The unit this project was in involved family, and culture of France. My teacher wanted us to research how French households were different from American families. We had to come up with three questions, and research about each one. The questions I came up with were 'What are the roles of each family member in the household?', 'In France, How is the usual head of the family different from back then to modern day?', 'How are the men and women, boys and girls different and similar in an everyday French household?'. After the research I did, I learned a lot about the French culture and how women and men are treated differently and what roles they play in a household. I learned that not every househol or family is the same.
